Philosophy

Since day one, the word NEXT has been the symbol of our vision and philosophy. That's why we want to bring new experiences to our community every day, to innovate and move forward.

This small studio that can accommodate 14 people will offer an intimate, uncluttered and bright practice space, like a break from the hustle and bustle of Paris.

A team of 10 creative yoga and wellness professionals with rich and complete backgrounds accompanies each student in the respect of his body, his limits and his personal history.

Each weekend, a program of workshops / circles / conferences / talks will be offered on various themes such as yoga, meditation, dance, music and social issues, so that together we can reflect and move on and off the mat, towards a more conscious and committed world in respect of each other and our environment.
