The Courses

Classes are for all levels and range from dynamic (+ + + +) to gentle (+). We encourage you to choose your class according to your energy level and to vary the intensity of your practice.

 
DYNAMIC FLOW + + + + +
The postures are linked in a fluid, creative and sustained flow, punctuated by the breath and energy of the group on a catchy Hip-Hop sound. Intense, energizing and invigorating.

WORKOUT & SOUND + + + + +
A complete 45-minute workout combining muscle-strengthening, sheathing and cardio, all backed up by an uplifting soundtrack! Ideal for exercising with rhythm and movement. Please bring indoor shoes not worn outdoors for this class.

VINYASA + + + + 
The postures are linked in a fluid, creative and tonic flow, punctuated by the breath. Energizing and invigorating.

HATHA FLOW + + + In this traditional yoga class, the yoga postures are held long enough for the student to appreciate the relaxation and correct alignment, and flowed in just the right amount of dynamism. The class is organized in 4 complete stages: meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises), asanas (yoga postures) and relaxation. Book
 
YIN HYPNOTIC +
A session like a breach opening up a space of freedom to finally slow down, settle down and give our body, our sensations and our intuition back their rightful place. Here, body and mind work in depth through floor postures only. Thanks to the duration of the poses (from 2 to 6 minutes per posture) and a strong accompaniment by voice, words and images, this practice teaches us to reconnect, nurture and trust our ability to listen to our inner compass.

YIN & YANG FLOW + + +
The perfect balance between energy and relaxation. The class is divided into two parts: first, a dynamic Yang sequence inspired by Vinyasa, to awaken vitality and tone the body. Then Yin brings calm, release and stretch deep tissues: muscles, joints and ligaments.

YIN +
A session that consists of working the body and mind in depth through floor postures only. Thanks to the duration of the poses (from 2 to 6 minutes per posture) and the use of simple gravity, we learn to let go and become truly aware of the present moment. Therapeutic yoga is relaxing and targets the flexibility of deep tissues: muscles, joints and ligaments. Complementary to more dynamic yoga, Yin postures are simple but intense in sensation. This type of yoga is particularly recommended if you are tired, either physically or mentally. Book

FLOW & SOUND BATH + + + + A Vinyasa-inspired session - energizing and invigorating - followed by an immersive, soaring experience of sound bathing with cosmic instruments.
