How can I pay for my order?
We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal.
Where do you ship and how much does it cost?
Shipping costs start at 10€ for France, 15€ in Europe and 40€ in the rest of the world.
I have placed an order but why haven't I received a confirmation email yet?
During busy periods, there may be a slight delay in sending confirmation emails. If you still haven't received an email after a few hours, check your junk mail folder. Also check that the address you have given us is the correct one. If you have any problems, you can contact us via our contact form.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, in accordance with article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of fourteen working days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal and return your product in its original packaging and condition for exchange or refund without penalty, with the exception of the return postage.
Will I have to pay taxes or duties on orders?
If you live in the EU, you will not have to pay any additional taxes or duties. If you reside outside the E.U., you may be required to pay import duties or taxes. THENEXTDOOR is not responsible for any import duties or taxes, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
Can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Colissimo or FedEx tracking number depending on where you live.
