Ten years ago, Patrick was in his Sydney salon looking at a product he was selling. He rubbed it between his fingers, looked in the mirror and, while admiring his haircut, said to himself "we can do better than this". He called a formulation lab, then his mother for a 5,000-euro loan, and launched Products Patricks .
