The present conditions of sale are concluded, on the one hand, by the company TND INTL with a capital of 221756€ whose head office is located at 10 rue Beaurepaire 75010, hereinafter referred to as THENEXTDOOR and managing the website www.thenextdoor.fr and, on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to proceed with a purchase via the website www.thenextdoor.fr, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
Article 1. Object
The present conditions of sale aim at defining the contractual relations between TND INTL and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to any purchase carried out by the means of the thenextdoor.fr Internet site The acquisition of a product through the present site implies an acceptance without reserve by the purchaser of the present conditions of sale of which the purchaser admits having taken knowledge before his order. Before any transaction, the buyer declares on the one hand that the purchase of Products on the thenextdoor.fr website is not directly related to his professional activity and is limited to a strictly personal use and on the other hand to have the full legal capacity, allowing him to commit himself under the present general conditions of sales.

Article 3. Tariffs
The Prices figures appearing on the Products internet catalog are Prices in Euros (€) all taxes included (TTC), taking into account the VAT applicable on the day of the order. Article 4. Order and payment terms
Before placing an order, the buyer must create an account on the www.thenextdoor.fr website. The account creation section can be accessed directly from the side menu bar. Each time the buyer visits the site, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile, etc.), he must identify himself using this information. TND INTL offers the buyer the option of ordering and paying for Products in several stages:
- Secure payment by PayPal or credit card (via the PayPal system): the buyer selects the Products items in the "shopping basket", modifies them if necessary (quantities, references, etc.), checks the delivery address or enters a new one. The shipping costs are then calculated and submitted to the buyer, along with the name of the carrier. The buyer then selects the payment method of their choice: "Payment by PayPal". To obtain reimbursement of the fraudulent debit and any bank charges incurred, the cardholder must contest the debit in writing to his or her bank within 70 days of the transaction, or 120 days if provided for in the contract. The amounts debited will be reimbursed by the bank within one month of receipt of the cardholder's written objection. No costs will be charged to the cardholder for the return of the sums.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, recognition of having perfect knowledge of them and renunciation of the right to invoke one's own conditions of purchase. All the data provided and the recorded confirmation will be considered as proof of the transaction. If the purchaser has an electronic address and if he has given it on his order form, the company TND INTL will send him by electronic mail the confirmation of the registration of his order.

Article 5. Reservation of ownership
TND INTL retains full and complete ownership of the Products sold until full payment has been received from Prices, in principal, costs and taxes included.
Article 6. Withdrawal
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from the delivery of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and thus return the product to the seller for exchange or reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of the return costs.

Please note that as a customer, you must accept the original delivery. If you do not, and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for all associated costs. Original shipping and return charges, additional customs duties, taxes or any other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
Article 7. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area. Orders are sent by Colissimo or DHL Express. Each offers a delivery service with tracking and delivery against signature. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed. TND INTL may provide the purchaser with a tracking number by e-mail. The buyer is delivered to his home by his letter carrier. If the purchaser is absent, he will receive a notice of passage from his letter carrier, which allows him to collect the Products ordered at the nearest post office, during a period indicated by the postal services. The risks associated with transport are borne by the purchaser from the moment the items leave the premises of TND INTL. The purchaser is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery, in the presence of the employee of La Poste or the delivery person. In the event of damage during transport, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Article 8. Guarantee
All Products products supplied by TND INTL benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code. In the event of non-conformity of a product sold, it may be returned to the TND INTL company, which will take it back, exchange it or refund it.
