Pacific Breeze: Japanese City Pop, AOR and Boogie 1976-1986 is one of the Japanese music reissues from the American label Light in the Attic Records. This release follows albums by artists such as Haruomi Hosono and a Kankyo Ongaku collection of ambient music from the 1980s. Although the label claims that this is the first urban pop compilation outside Japan, BGP and Cultures of Soul had previously released archival compilations in this genre.
