For almost 15 years, The Next Door shine up japanese's fashion in France. It was evident for the team to talk about the release of Nike Dunk Veneer and Ceramic, a reissue of emblematics models of Co.Jp program in 2001.

To make it real, The Next Door did what they always did : work in the family. Naturally, it's Romain Leclerc (Nvméro) who has followed the crew since its beginning who made this new movie. Between a documentary and a lookbook, the director reinvented fashions codes in this film. First, to celebrate the emblematic Dunk and Japan, this movie was also the perfect time to tell the story of The Next Door's family by gathering Avignon and Paris teams.

Re-issued on the basis of CO.JP models, a line released in 2001 in Japan, the Nike Dunk Veneer and Ceramic are now available at The Next Door. Founded in 2006 by Nicolas Ivars, who was already hiding behind the Circle skateshop, the multi-brand label has established itself as a true reference, at the crossroads between luxury and streetwear. A meeting place that fuses the greatest brands of street culture with the most avant-garde designers in Japan.


Japan is at the heart of The Next Door DNA. When Nicolas went there for the first time in 1999 in search of pairs with exclusive colors, he discovered a new way of dressing, of thinking about clothing. He fell in love with a fashion made of comfortable pieces with noble materials, both technical and minimalist, stamped with patchworks and bold patterns. A vision which inspires him, and which he feels the duty to make discover in France.Often perceived as a UFO in his early days, he is currently one of the few Frenchmen to offer brands at the forefront of the Japanese scene. Alongside streetwear giants such as Nike, Carhartt and Stüssy, The Next Door displays some of the archipelago's most ambitious designers, including Undercover, Sacai, Comme des Garçons and Visvim.


This selection, the native of Avignonnais, shapes it with a team of about twenty people, spread over its three boutiques (The Next Door Avignon, Acte 2 and The Next Door Paris). A team of passionate people, who share a common vision, and to whom Nicolas has been able to transmit his taste for meticulous know-how. More than just colleagues, they form a big family together. A community of close friends and family who rub shoulders during but also outside of work, continually driven by the desire to share their sensitivity to this singular fashion.
